Better golf is 8 questions away. Click the button below to download the 8 questions I’ve specifically crafted to help you identify your Longest Lever. Your Longest Lever is a concept based on the book The One Thing by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan as well as the Pareto Principle or 80-20 rule. By applying these frameworks to your golf game you can cut out the overthinking that so often holds you back from playing fluid and free.

Simplify Your Thinking. Play Better Golf

Do You Know Your Longest Lever?

Knowing your Longest Lever is an efficient way to simplify your process, stick to your game plan, and play more consistent golf. During an average round of golf you have nearly 6,000 thoughts! That’s 333 per hole. If any of those thoughts start to threaten your process or your game plan, you’re in for a long day on the course. When things go bad almost every golfer I know tries to “fix” their way back to consistent play. Unfortunately this doesn’t work very often. And in fact, we only end up making the situation worse. Knowing your Longest Lever is an easy way to simplify the game when things go off track and to cut through those 6,000 thoughts and focus on the 1 thing that really mattes - hitting the ball.

Meet Your Coach

Howdy! I’m Mindset Coach Trev and I must say I’m happy you’re reading this! For the first twenty years of my life I dedicated every waking moment to being an elite athlete. It was all going so well, until it wasn’t. At the end of the day my mind got in my way. I couldn’t consistently perform like I knew was possible. And this was my downfall. As that door closed however a new door opened, and for the last 10 years I’ve been tirelessly focused on understanding what allows elite performers to thrive. I’ve trained under world renowned talent like Trevor Moawad and worked 1:1 with thousands of clients from elite youth athletes, to ultra high net worth individuals. My #1 mission is making you better and helping you enjoy the game more.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your training, no matter what sport you play or business you run, then please, shoot me a message and let’s talk.
